Marley is a Clinical Social Worker whose specialties focus on healing and personal growth of the whole person: Mind, Body, and Spirit. She graduated with honors with a Masters in Social Work and a Certificate in Gerontology from Eastern Michigan University. She is trained in the use of EMDR which helps accelerate the healing of trauma, PTSD, physical, sexual, and verbal abuse. She is trained and experienced in integrating Faith-Based Principals in Clinical Treatment.
Marley combines her extensive education with a warm and caring connection and sincere interest in each person she works with. She has more than 25 years of experience helping people to gain freedom from depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal issues, and trauma. She helps individuals set better boundaries to enable them to lead a more balanced life. She has facilitated groups in the Steps of Recovery for Partners of Sex Addicts for New Life Ministries with Stephen Arterburn.
Her past clinical experience includes Mental Health and Substance Abuse at Chelsea Community Hospital, Geriatric Health at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Clinical Social Worker at Masterpeace Counseling, and Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor at Grace Counseling. She works with older teens, adults, and couples.
