MSW, LMSW
clinicial therapist

Specialties: Anxiety & Emotional Management, Personal Growth & Empowerment, Life Transitions

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship or family challenges, emotional regulation, or a major life transition. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Michigan State University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across private practice, public sector, and clinical settings.

I believe that meaningful growth begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I help clients recognize their existing strengths while developing new skills to manage challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals.

My areas of focus include anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, self-esteem, self-care, life transitions, family stress, and school- or work-related concerns. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs.

Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
