Trauma-Informed Care

  • Prioritizes your nervous system's sense of safety, ensuring you always set the pace of healing.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Uses present-moment awareness to create an anchor when emotions feel overwhelming or heavy.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • A psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
