Jamie’s clinical journey started within the University of Michigan’s Department of Psychiatry, where she built a robust knowledge of mental health services while simultaneously embarking on her path as a yoga practitioner. Over the years, she attained her E-RYT 500 yoga certification and Reiki Master attunement, eventually completing her Master of Social Work to fully bridge the gap between traditional therapy and energetic healing.
In her sessions, she maintains a collaborative and intuitive environment that encourages clients to slow down and deepen their internal awareness.
